Pictures taken using the Telescope

August 2009 - February 2010 These are my first attempts. Things will improve as I get more practice, especially in focussing! Four methods are used here:                 1) Fitting the Digital SLR directly to the telescope without an eyepiece                 2) Fitting Digital SLR over the eyepiece - eyepiece projection                 3) Using the Digital SLR and lens piggy back on telescope to track the sky                 4) Holding pocket digital camera directly over eyepiece Another method available is to get a webcam fitted to the eyepiece. This requires further investment in a laptop as well as the webcam, so will have to come later.
