Eclipse 1st August 2008 Photo Info

[HOME] [Back]

All photos taken using a Canon EOS 400D Digital SLR with a Tamron 28-300mm AF XR Di zoom lens.

Eclipse 1-7 are shown as actual pixels and are therefore as large as could be made before losing clarity due to pixellation.

Eclipse 9 has had the levels adjusted to reveal the sky showing the rather close clouds, the ground line and one of my companions observing the eclipse.

The eclipse site was on the edge of the Gobi Desert at:   40° 22.3' N   99° 14.7' E   Altitude 1285m.
